Krista Sanders: I started this blog mostly because of peer pressure but also to give me an outlet to write all the things I want my family to remember but nobody really wants to hear! Many years ago as I prepared for a new season at home, I came across the familiar verse Zechariah 4:6 which reads, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord." That's how I want to live this life as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and teacher-- by His Spirit and not by my own frantic and pitiful efforts. I write mainly for my family and close friends, being very aware it's a stretch to think that they would even be interested. If you read any of this, I feel completely honored and pray that somehow you would be encouraged by my categorized ramblings.
